Diane Coffee – “My Friend Fish”

Foxygen drummer Shaun Fleming AKA Diane Coffee has prepped his debut solo record, My Friend Fish, slated for an Oct. 29th release via Western Vinyl.

Taken from the Western Vinyl website- ” We’ll never know the whole truth about what happened when (Foxyen drummer and former Disney child actor) Shaun Fleming moved from the West Coast suburbs to New York, but whatever it was fractured his psyche, opened it up, and gave birth to Diane Coffee.

These songs, akin to Foxygen, channel ’60s era psychedelia breathing new life into that aesthetic.

Foxygen – We Are The 21st Century Ambassadors of Peace & Magic

L.A. based ’60s era rock revivalists Foxygen released their latest effort We Are The 21st Century Ambassadors Of Peace And Magic January 22nd via Jagjaguwar. The duo bends their brand of vibed out, guitar driven pop around a form of psychedelic nostalgia that feels borrowed if not rooted in another time while somehow remaining current.
